Admixture for shrinkage compensation, plasticizing and hydrophobing of injection compounds
 KEMA EXPAND H
Chemical powder admixture for shrinkage compensation and plasticizing. For the preparation of mortars, cement-based injection suspensions or concretes, where shrinkage compensation is required. It reduces the necessary amount of water which considerably enhances the plasticity and viscosity of mortars and concretes.

CONSUMPTION:
dosage 0,6–2,0 % / binding weight, depending on the desired swelling 

With dosage of 0,6-1 % per binding weight hydrophobic effect, shrinkage compensation and slight swelling are reached. With dosage of 2 % per cement weight by mortars approx. 3 % of volume increasing is reached. Exactly dosage is determinate in accordance with type of binding agent or type of compound.
